Welcome to our online store. By accessing our website and placing orders, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
 
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders.

2. Intellectual Property
All graphics, logos, photos and patterns displayed on the site belong to us. For OEM/ODM custom orders, customers warrant that the patterns they provide do not infringe any third-party copyright or trademark. Customers shall bear all losses caused by intellectual property disputes of custom artwork.

3. Pricing & Orders
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include destination duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
Custom printed OEM orders cannot be cancelled once production starts. Minor color difference of textile products is normal and not regarded as defective.

4. Shipping & Customs
We arrange delivery according to the selected shipping method. The buyer is responsible for import duties, customs inspection and local charges at destination. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier or force majeure.

5. Liability Limitation
Our maximum compensation for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order. We shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Dispute Handling
If you have any dissatisfaction with your order, please contact our customer service email first before opening a payment dispute. We will respond within 48 hours.

7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of China.
