Return & Refund Policy
 
We accept return requests within 15 days after the package is delivered.
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging intact and resalable.
Custom printed/OEM products are NOT eligible for free returns.
 
If you return items due to personal preference, the buyer shall bear all shipping costs.
For defective goods or wrong items delivered, we cover return shipping fee.
 
How to apply return:
Please email us with your order number and product photos. Our team will reply within 48 hours.
Once we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment account.
 
Items below cannot be returned:
Customized products, clearance final sale goods, washed/used textiles, free gifts.
